How soon will I see something?
Some people notice a more rested look in a couple of weeks. Texture and tone take longer. Plan on 4–8 weeks, 4–5 sessions a week. Two uses and quit is not a test.
Is this the €400 mask from the big brands?
No. Those are premium clinic-positioned devices. Velora is the at-home ritual at a price you can actually start with. Same category of light. Different price.
Mask or glove first?
Start with the Glow Mask (€97) — the LED face and neck mask. Hand Glow (€109) is currently sold out.
Is this a medical treatment?
No. Velora is a cosmetic at-home LED device. It does not treat, diagnose, or cure medical conditions. If you are pregnant, on photosensitizing medication, or have a light-sensitive condition, ask a doctor first.
When will it arrive?
We ship worldwide in 9–15 business days. Cost shows at checkout. Customs can add delay.
What’s the return window?
14 days from delivery. Email velora.sav@outlook.com with your order number. Damaged or dead on arrival: write us and we’ll replace or refund.
Can I use the mask and glove the same night?
Yes, when Hand Glow is back in stock. For now, use the Glow Mask on its own. 15 minutes is enough.
Is it safe for my eyes?
Don’t stare into the LEDs. Keep your eyes closed or use the eye shields. Sessions are 15 minutes. If the light bothers you, stop and email us.
What plug does it use?
The mask comes with a USB adapter and cable. A standard USB wall charger works — EU sockets and most travel adapters are fine.
